Return Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Bright Beginnings Boutique, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so we have put the following return/exchange policies in place for your convenience.

Holiday Apparel Purchases (In-store & Online)

We do not accept returns on holiday apparel for any reason after the holiday has occurred.

In-Store Purchases

You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of purchase. Only unused items in their original condition with tags attached will be accepted for an exchange or return. All refunds are given in the form of store credit. Used, washed or personalized items cannot be accepted for exchange or return. No discounted merchandise may be returned.

Online Purchases

You may return an item within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you for a refund on the original purchasers credit card given the following occur:

-The item is unused and unwashed and tags are still attached.

-The item was sold to you at full price. No discounted merchandise may be returned.

-The item was not personalized in any way.

 Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  1. To return an item(s), circle the item(s) on the packing slip you are returning. Note your reason for return.
  2. Pack and seal the return securely and include packing slip. We are not responsible for lost items, so please insure accordingly. All packages must be prepaid, we cannot accept C.O.D.'s.
  3. Address returns/exchanges to:

Please allow up to 7 business days for your credit to appear on your statement.

 

 

Bright Beginnings Boutique is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once the shipping carrier scans them as received.
